The nano barium sulfate instead of different proportion of red, yellow, green and blue pigments used in polyolefin masterbatch, made using color photometer films and model products coloring and reflectance, transmittance and other properties, to study its effect on the performance of color masterbatch. The results show that the amount of substitution of nano barium sulfate in different colors is different. In general, the average amount of substitution can reach about 20%, not only does not affect the coloring of products, but also reduces production costs.

The effect of nano barium sulfate on the color properties of white masterbatch was studied. The covering power and whiteness of the films and sample products made of White Masterbatch were determined by photoelectric spectrophotometer and spectrophotometer. The dispersion of pigments was quantitatively characterized by an image analyzer.
